2023 ICBC FinTech Innovation Competition for National College Students Officially Kicks off (Application Deadline: Late Oct 2023)
1.參賽者需為：本澳就讀高等教育課程之學生或於本澳以外地區高校就讀高等教育課程之澳門學生，均可以個人或團隊形式參賽，每個團隊成員人數上限為3人 2.參賽者年齡不限,未滿18歲之參賽者需獲家長或監護人同意 3.每位參賽者不論以個人或團隊形式參賽，只能提交—個作品 4.參賽個人或參賽團隊可以在報名時指定一名指導教師，指導教師必需為參賽個人或參賽團隊就讀大學的教師，不限科目，最終獲獎作品的指定指導教師可獲優秀指導教師獎 5.往屆參賽個人或團隊若符合參賽者報名條件可繼續參與本屆賽事，但參賽作品不可為往屆已經獲獎的參賽作品 聚焦科技創新創意及場景應用設計，注重通過金融科技舉決生活場景中遇到的問題；聚焦人工智能、反洗錢、跨境金融、投資理財、虛擬網點、數字貨幣、綠色低碳、客戶服務罪升等 方面，將金融科技產品與粵港澳大灣區的社會發展密切融合 以【項目策劃書】形式提交，總頁數不超過10頁。作品需要轉為PDF檔案後上傳，附件大小不超過20M 即日起至2023年10月下旬 大賽PC端報名： 參賽者透過登入比賽官方網站，填寫相關報名資料註冊用戶。 同步開通行動端報名微網站（www.gonghangbei.com) 一等獎1名：獎金MOP30,000及獎杯一個 二等獎2名：各獲獎作品將獲獎金MOP20,000及獎杯一個 三等獎3名：各獲獎作品將獲獎金MOP10,000及獎杯一個 優秀獎4名：各獲獎作品將獲獎金MOP5,000 工行人才招聘綠色通道 對獲得一、二等獎的参賽作品的主 創者或團隊成員將進入人才招聘綠 色通道,工銀澳门將向符合實習條 件的團隊成員提供實習機會。符合招聘錄用條件,且實習期間表現優 異的實習生,在通過統一筆試後, 有機會直接獲得工銀澳門聘用。最終聘用結果將以澳門法律法規及本行招聘政策為準。 參賽者獎勵 所有進入決賽的參賽者,將獲授予境外賽區榮譽證書 優秀指導教師獎10名：每名獲獎金MOP5,000

OFDM Radar and Communications: Comparison and SAR Imaging
https://www.fst.um.edu.mo/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/Xiang-Gen-Xia-Poster-scaled.jpg 6G is a key component when it comes to joint communications and radar sensing. Prof. Xia initially compared radar and communications techniques from the past. The existing linear frequency modulated (LFM) (or step frequency) and random noise synthetic aperture radar (SAR) systems correspond to the frequency hopping (FH) and direct sequence (DS) spread spectrum systems in the second and third generation of wireless communications. The seminar attracted nearly 50 students and sparked numerous questions and opinions during the meeting. This lecture successfully promoted and encouraged more students to delve into the fields of communications and radar perception. 夏香根教授的講座探索了6G如何作為聯合通訊和雷達感知的重要組成部分。 夏香根教授的演講中，首先比較了過去的雷達和通訊技術，同時指出現有的線性調頻（LFM）（或步進頻率）和隨機雜訊合成孔徑雷達（SAR）系統可以與過去第二代和第三代無線通訊中的跳頻（FH）和直接序列（ DS）擴頻系統相對應。 這次演講吸引了近50多名學生參與，並在會議中引發了許多學生的提問和他們自己的觀點。 這次講座成功推動並鼓勵更多學生深入研究通訊和雷達感知領域。 夏教授早於1992年獲得美國南加州大學電子工程博士學位，現任深圳大學特聘教授和美國特拉華大學講座教授，曾是清華大學電子系無線通信Kumar講座教授團教授，中國自然科學基金海外傑青（傑青B類），韓國World Class University （WCU）講座教授，2005年ICASSP大會共同主席(GeneralCo-Chair)。長期致力於信號處理理論與方法，通信理論和雷達信號處理的研究。
