APAC4006 – Physics of Semiconductor Processing

The course covers fundamental scientific and engineering principles of various processing techniques involved in the fabrication of semiconductor devices. The basic physics and methodology behind the techniques will be emphasized in this course. Also, the chemistry, electronics, and material issues related to semiconductor processing will be provided for this multi-disciplinary field.
