Facilities:
- A range of dynamic and pseudo-static mechanical testing facilities from room temperature up to 1000 degrees Celsius are available in my lab (Lab of Mechanical Testing and Characterisation)
- Students also have access to scanning electron microscopy, potentiostats, magnetic-force microscopy, X-ray diffractometry, etc (with kind support from Prof. Chi Tat KWOK)
- Transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photospectroscopy are also available with the assistance from colleagues in the IAPME
