Oct 30, 2020, founding congress of the IEEE PES Electric Vehicle Satellite Committee-China, at Wuhan, China. Hongcai Zhang is appointed as the Secretary-General of IEEE PES Electric Vehicle Satellite Committee-China Energy and Transportation Nexus Subcommittee. Our group members, Dr. Chao Huang, Dr. Dongdong Zhang, Dr. Xiaohe Yan, Dr. Hongxun Hui etc. are all appointed as the standing director or director of the Subcommittee.
