Digital Microfluidics (DMF) is a platform for lab-on-a-chip systems by manipulating individual microdroplets on an array of electrodes. It is an interdisciplinary research area that integrates electronics, physics, biology, chemistry, and computer science to address the technical challenges in biochemistry and biomedicine. Our group is interested in developing the DMF technology and applying it in DNA identification, drug screening, and immunoassays for precision medicine.
