Abstract
Hilbert-Huang Transformation ia a newly development method of time frequence analysis. It consists of two parts. First is algorithm of empirical model decomposition. The second is Hilbert spectrum based on Hilbert transform. We will explore the mathematical aspects of HHT theory.
